What we have delivered

Client projects we can talk about. Products still lead — this is the proof behind them.

Concept mockup

Government asset protection · Concept

Madarek

مدارك

A concept system for managing and protecting a government asset impound yard, delivered as an interactive clickable mockup.

Concept mockup. Every record in it is invented sample data — it is not a live deployment.

The problem

An impound yard holds property that belongs to someone else. Whoever runs it has to be able to say, at any moment, what is inside the fence, where each asset stands, and who moved it through the gate — as a record that holds up later, not as a recollection. The concept had to show that whole system before anyone committed to building it.

What we delivered

  • Live map of the yard
  • Gate console for entry and exit
  • Alerts on movement and status
  • Asset register with ERP sync
  • Companion mobile app
  • Bilingual Arabic/English with full RTL
Engineering detail

A system you can walk through, not a slide deck

Yard map, gate console, alerts and asset register are linked screens, so the path from arrival to release can be walked end to end in one sitting. The register is drawn as an ERP-synced record rather than a standalone list, and the console mirrors completely into Arabic — right-to-left on a live map and a gate screen, not only on the text around them. Everything it displays is invented sample data.

Case study

Real estate · UAE

Nubes Real Estate

A bilingual marketing site for a real-estate company in the UAE, with a founder profile and a dedicated section for Jazania General Contracting.

No public link — the client production domain is not live yet. Case study only.

No public link

The problem

One company with three things to introduce: the real-estate business, the founder behind it, and Jazania General Contracting beside it. Each needed its own room without the site turning into three sites — and every page had to read as well in Arabic as in English, for visitors who switch between them mid-visit.

What we delivered

  • Astro, static output
  • Arabic and English with full RTL
  • Founder profile
  • Section for Jazania General Contracting
Engineering detail

Two languages out of one source

Each page is a thin shell over a single shared body component that reads its own locale from the URL, so a page cannot ship in English and quietly go missing in Arabic — it exists in both or in neither. Direction is decided once at the document root and the whole page mirrors with it, rather than an Arabic template being maintained alongside an English one. The build output is static files: nothing to run, nothing to patch.

Live site

Events brand

Sold Out Events

A marketing site for an events brand, built around a dark neon identity and engineered to load fast.

The problem

An events brand is judged in the first seconds after someone opens the link, usually on a phone. The identity is dark and neon — the kind of look that normally arrives as a stack of scripts and effects and ends up slower than the brand it is meant to sell.

What we delivered

  • Dark neon identity
  • Static build
  • Near-zero client-side JavaScript
Engineering detail

The look lives in the stylesheet

The neon identity is carried by CSS on a static build, with near-zero client-side JavaScript behind it. There is no framework to boot and nothing to hydrate, so the page is finished the moment it paints — the identity costs the visitor nothing to look at.
